Murders 2004

Enquiries ongoing Solomon MARTIN 31st Dec Two defendants found guilty of murder.Sentencing 7th October Horace BARNETT 8th Nov Six charged, Trial date fixed for 3rd October. David MORLEY 30th October Trial fixed 7th February. ‘Hung’ jury, re-trial date to be set. Nicholas DAVIS 12th June CPS withdrew case. One defendant convicted firearms

  • ffences and sentenced 8 yrs imprisonment. Separate

trial, date to be fixed, for other defendant re firearms

  • ffences. 3rd defendant released.

Adrian MARRIOTT 9th June Trial started 12th January 2005, defendant acquitted and deported to Jamaica. Darren CLARKE 31st May Defendant sentenced to life imprisonment Adrian HENRY 14th April Defendant acquitted. Further charged with Firearms

Kevin FORSYTHE 26th January Defendant found guilty and sentenced 15th April to 13 years imprisonment. Barrington EASY 20th January Enquiries ongoing Orville Donovan GORDON 16th January
