Incident Reports:
¡ Any time there is a bodily injury an Incident Report must be
completed and filed with CAM
¡ Contact any of the GTC Board members to assist you in completing
the Incident Report
¡ The form must be submitted as soon as possible ¡ The Incident Report must be given to the GTC President or in his
absence, the Vice President
¡ The Incident Report will be submitted to the CAM Activities Office

911 Necessary Calls:
¡ Any incident involving a major medical event (i.e. heart
attack, unknown unconsciousness, concussion, etc.)
¡ Anyone attending to the person should use their cell phone to
call 911 and give them the location identified on the fence separating the courts
¡ If no one has a cell phone, use the emergency phone on the
western outside wall of the Sports Building

We have three (3) qualified USPTA instructors Contact them by phone or email and tell them what you
would like to learn:
¡ They can give you private instruction or help put together a group of
like players wanting the same skills improved
¡ You can take single lessons or a series of lessons
It is recommended that you:
¡ Take a lesson ¡ Take the time to practice what you have been taught ¡ Then, take another lesson to review and fine tune what you have
been taught
