Calibration laboratories

In some countries the calibration laboratories are members of the national EUROLABs, in others not. EUROLAB and its national associations should try to cover as many categories of laboratories as possible (both testing and calibration).

Laboratory services

Authorities (EU, National) frequently declare that laboratory work is too expensive and sometimes not necessary. Third party conformity assessment is not favoured. Market surveillance is supported and it tends to build their

• wn laboratory services.
