Approach:
Tollcrest D airy m anagem ent w ill present and obtain feedback
proposed digester project to the local com m unity and school groups described above. In addition, Tollcrest D airy m anagem ent w ill personally visit w ith all neighbors w ithin a one m ile radius of the dairy to advise them
proposed project. W ritten flyers describing the project that describe benefits and possible im pacts w ill be drafted in E nglish and S panish. The flyers w ill be m ade available at all com m unity interactions. Flyers w ill provide a m eans for contacting Tollcrest D airy representatives to receive feedback from potentially affected com m unity m em bers. Tollcrest D airy w ill m ake all efforts to respond to com m ents w ithin 24 to 48 hours of receipt. M anagem ent w ill keep records
feedback and responses.
