- Sewer Plant based on either $6.5M or $4.5M (with grant) borrowing
- Park/Mt View based on either $945,000 or $745,000 (with grant) borrowing
Sewer Plant project does not include the cost of installing the upper portion of Sunnyside Campground’s internal sewer collection system which is estimated at $200,000 - $300,000. **Operation Cost: ≈ $475/year ($535 without Park/Mt View) which includes $110,000 per year reserve fund contribution for maintenance and replacement of infrastructures (Asset Management).
