I discovered through previous inquiry and research done using glassdoor.com that this company has mixed reviews. Their strengths seem to be in their working staff and the challenges that are depicted in the reviews are those of management inconsistencies and/or lack of structure and organization. While the reviews show that the employees are great at what they do the other side of that argument is in the way that management is lacking in focus and transparency. There seems to be a trust issue, but overall the clients are getting what they have been promised a grand majority of the time.

I see this as a place with great poten?al and yet due to the trust issues I would not recommend this place if you are not willing to deal with pressures that are not common in crea?ve environments. If you are willing and able to work and detach yourself from the nega?ve side of the internal workings, then this is a place where you can gain valuable knowledge and experience and move over to a place that has less of a trust issue and more of a cohesive and func?onal work environment conducive to internal growth.
