Media Industry Market Outlook

  • 1. Mergers between media companies to form a larger

conglomerate to take advantage of economies of scale.

  • 2. Movement towards Digital Media in the last few years

however end users are becoming confused and bombarded with too much information.

  • 3. OOH is still one of the most effective ways to market and

stagnant billboards are still effective as it creates a certainty and memory for end users. SPLASH and the industry

  • A niche company providing only OOH rental space in the industry.
  • Unaffected by larger companies as billboard location are in prime

areas with most being billboards of large size and over 10 years.

  • Continue to provide consistent income for the company.
  • Future Outlook: Possible merge with larger group
