  • If you are planning on playing a sport

Can transfer to a university (TAG agreement) Visit different community colleges to find the best fit for you Tuition is $46 per unit

Applying to Community College

  • Register online at www.losrios.edu (all local community colleges EXCEPT

Sierra) to get your Student ID.

  • Complete 3 Assessment/Placement tests
  • (Make an appointment online or walk-in)
  • Complete orientation session, then meet with counselor to choose classes
  • You can apply in January!
  • Go to the Financial Aid Office on the college campus
  • Complete the above steps by March 1 so you can get the classes you want

and be prepared to pay for those classes once you have registered.

  • If you get a WUE scholarship you will pay only 1 ½ times in-state tuition
