years if still in active use.

  • Modern safety, technology and accessibility features are critical for our

21st century learners.

  • Current multi-building setup requires is less efficient in its use of district

personnel and other resources.

  • Pickup & drop-off of students creates traffic headaches for parents at

both Broadway and Hyatt campus neighbors.

  • Renovation of approximately 60% of LT Ball Intermediate School

○ Enlarged Kitchen ○ Extended Library Media Center ○ Related Arts Classrooms ○ Multiple Handicap Special Education & Preschool Classrooms ○ Centralized Administrative Offices

  • Addition of approximately 94,000 square feet for new K-5 classrooms,

additional gymnasium, and a stage

  • Demolition and abatement of Nevin Coppock, bus garage, and Broadway

(pending property determination)

  • Construction of bus garage and tennis courts at the High School.

We will participate with the OFCC in the funding of this project.
