Elementary Schools

• Updated Energy Management System including

pneumatic refurbishment in the classroom unit ventilators and allow for zone control of units instead of individual classroom control

• District wide bulb & ballast replacement
• Weatherization of exterior doors

• Two school buildings received new windows
• Eliminated doing a partial installation and ensured all new

windows were installed in one phase

• Current heating and fresh air vents in each classroom have

been refurbished and are controlled by zones from remote access

• This project gave the district the opportunity to improve

lighting, air quality, building structure, and energy management controls

• Lighting and HVAC controls - 90%
• Window replacement at Eastplain and Schwarting -100%
• Window film tint – 100%
• Exhaust and fresh air controls – 100%
• Boiler and hot water controls – 95%
• Lighting transformer replacement – 90%
• Any punch list items will be completed by the end of the

2015-2016 school year
