Comments on Accounts Financial Year Ending (FYE) 29 th February 2016 • Receipts – Subscriptions ↓ reduction in membership from 44 to 39 – Visitor Fees ↓ lack of advertising to special interest groups – Teas / Coffees ↑ two additional meetings last season + increase to 50p • Payments – Hire of Hall ↑ includes 3 additional months – Feb15, May15 & Mar16 – Insurance ↓ excludes Equipment, included in current Financial Year(FY) – Affiliation Fees ↑ refund of £81 re: SCPF due current FY – Speakers & Judges ↑ two extra indoor meetings last season – Exhibition Fees ↑ entering PDIs in to Annual Salisbury Exhibition • Balance Sheet – Covered running costs • Conclusion – Require healthy membership c.40 & ↑ Visitor Fees to cover increasing costs – No change to Subscriptions, Visitor Fees, Teas/coffees – Subscription payment via electronic transfer successful and offered again

Internal Competitions • 6 Monthly Competitions – 360 different images assessed – 183 Prints – 207 PDIs (including 1 ‘guillotine’ competition) – 32 of 39 Club Members Entered Images (82%) • Average Score = 8.3 with 52 Seals Awarded, Ave 65 images/comp • Breakdown: Intermediate Advanced – Members Entering / Ave 14 / 11 images 18 / 13 images – No PDIs/Ave Score/Seals 91 / 8.03 / 11 116 / 8.35 / 18 – No Prints/Ave Score/Seals 61 / 8.46 / 11 122 / 8.36 /12 • SCPF Judging feedback being introduced – looking at best way to implement this next season – will update in September • Future?
