Study, design and realization of moulds to obtain products more and more innovative to face any kind of electric connection matters. 2. Incoming raw material – copper ETP 99,9 – is divided and prepared to be processed. 3. Rough products obtained are subjected to protective treatment through electrolytic tinning and annealing. 4. Final product is packaged in blister and stocked in warehouse to be shipped to final customer.

CRIMPING TOOLS ART.60 Ratchet tool for insulated terminals from 0,25 up to 6 mm² - DOUBLE CRIMPING - TAPERED HEAD TO AID INSERTION IN TIGHT SPACES - LENGTHENED GRIP FOR EASY CRIMPING CONTROL QUALITY PUNCHING The punching quality control function alerts the operator when the crimping of the cable is complete. Each wire range correspond to a specific letter: Yellow=E - Blue=G – Red=I During the crimping phase on the PVC tube a letter, which correspond to the cross section, will be printed on the PVC. The crimping is accepted once the letter is clearly readable, if the letter is unreadable, it notifies the operator of failed crimp.

The hexagonal hole allows to connect and disconnect the cable without remove the locking bolt. From 35 to 150 mm² DOUBLE BUTTONHOLE POWER TERMINAL of which 1 hole M8 and 1 buttonhole.
