NEW JERSEY’S STATEWIDE ASSESSMENT PROGRAM  In 2015, New Jersey adopted the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) to replace HSPA NJASK tests in language arts and mathematics.  Students now take English Language Arts and Math PARCC tests digitally in grades 3 – 11.  PARCC tests were administered for the 4 th consecutive year in the Spring of 2018.  PARCC tests will be modified and renamed for Spring 2019 administration (NJSLA-ELA / NJSLA-M)
