The public planning process may be initiated upon filing of the Metropolitan Park Phase 6 final site plan and shall be completed prior to approval by the County Board of the Phase 6 final site plan. If, as a result of the public planning process, revisions are recommended to the park’s design, the revisions shall be incorporated into a revised conceptual design for that portion of the central park associated with Metropolitan Park Phase 6, which shall be approved as part of the final site plan for Phase 6.
