Plan

  • Identify MAIA Partners who are supporters of YAC. They are the

YAC Ambassadors.

  • Provide the Partners with a postcard and information to pass

along to young agents while on office visits.

  • YAC Ambassador will then send the young agent information to

the MAIA YAC Liaison.

  • YAC Liaison will make an initial contact with the young agent,

send out a packet of information about the association and YAC, add agent to a mailing list

  • YAC Liaison will identify a YAC Council member in the

geographic area of the young agent.

  • Council member will contact the young agent to offer

mentoring assistance and more information on YAC.

Results

  • In the first 8 months the mailing list grew from 0-61

agents and continues to grow.

  • Mentorships created between young agents.
  • 20% of those have attended at least one YAC event.
  • Greater company Partner involvement with more

asking how they can help.

  • New YAC Council Members
