  4. Need for Project • Poor pavement condition • Deteriorating utilities  Water, sanitary • Drainage issues  Existing storm sewer outfall floods parts of St. Anne Cemetery • Church Hill Rd./ Main St. Intersection  Traffic signals  Intersection geometry does not satisfy current traffic demands

  5. Proposed Project • General improvements  New concrete pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalk throughout project  Village to add multi-use path along east and north side of WIS 35 • Church Hill Road/Main Street Intersection  Traffic signals  Minor adjustments to intersection geometry • Intersection to County C  Roadway cross section will remain relatively the same • Intersection to Laser Drive  New utilities  Improvements to storm sewer near St. Anne Cemetery  Parking lane will be removed from east side of roadway to make room for proposed multi-use path

  7. Multi-use Path Details • Cross section  Asphalt pavement  10 feet wide (reduced to 8 feet between Laser Drive and Schachtner Street)  2-foot shoulder on each side • Connects with existing path at Laser Drive • ADA compliant slopes

Maintenance of Traffic • Construction staging  Stages will limit closures along entire project  Stages will allow continued access across Apple River Bridge • Stage 1 - Construction on Church Hill Road (WIS 35)  Church Hill Road closed to traffic from intersection to Laser Drive  Parent Street closed to traffic from intersection to ±100 feet south of intersection  Detour using Lagrandeur Road and 190th Avenue  Access to residents and businesses on Church Hill Road will be maintained through north end of closure.  Access to Parent Street from 180 th Street/WIS 35 intersection

Maintenance of Traffic • Stage 2 - Construction on Main Street (WIS 35/BUS 64)  WIS 35/BUS 64 closed to traffic from Church Hill Road to Lagrandeur Road  Detour using Lagrandeur Road and 190 th Avenue  Access to residents and businesses will be maintained • Stage 3 – Construction on WIS 35/BUS 64 between Lagrandeur Road and County C Lane shifts and temporary widening to accommodate single lane bi-  directional traffic

  10. Right-of-Way Needs It is anticipated that this project will require right of way in the form of permanent limited easements, temporary limited easements or FEE. The yellow highlighted regions in the images below are the areas of potential real estate impacts.
