  • INVESTMENT: Your property value can increase between 5.5% to 12% by installing a sophisticated landscape design.
  • LIFESTYLE: Discerning exactly what form and function works for your space and lifestyle takes time and is worth doing right.
  • COMMUNICATION: A Landscape Design is a tool that allows you explain exactly what you want from a Contractor.
  • SOURCING ESTIMATES: Comparable multiple Estimates from Landscape Contractors ensures the best quality at the best price.
  • TIMELINE: A comprehensive Design can be installed in phases, or all at once, depending on your budget.
  • SEASONALITY: Plants change with every season. I will help you choose the right plant for the right place.
  • MAINTENANCE: Choosing the right plant for the right place ensures maintenance is at the level you are comfortable with.
  • EXPERTISE: Landscape Contractors are very good at installing garden features, but many of them don’t have the time, expertise, or
