¨ Arrange for two Letters of Recommendation to be

sent directly to PharmCAS

¨ Transcripts must also be sent directly to PharmCAS

¤ Use PharmCAS’ Transcript Request Form

¨ GPA calculation may take up to 6 weeks

Early Decision

¨ Deadline: Early September (everything in & complete) ¨ A BINDING option - You are obligated to accept the offer and you will

not be permitted to apply to other PharmCAS institutions.

¨ You can apply to only one pharmacy degree program. ¨ Eligible applicants will be invited to an in-person interview in Hilo. ¨ PharmCAS institutions will make admission decisions on early decision

applicants by mid October.
