March 2016 A high-quality arts initiative specifically created for independent adult residential communities located in small towns with populations between 1,000 and 20,000.

Inner- city “Touring” Relationship-building in three low-income neighborhoods: West Saint Paul, North Minneapolis, and Cedar-Riverside 2015-2016 The Rose Ensemble’s national touring concerts will appear in each community, along with a free educational outreach program.
