Settlement & Orientation Settlement Workers in Schools (SWIS) • Settlement & Integration Services (ISAP & NSP) • Community Connections Program • 97% of the Settlement Services clients reported, they received the information o they needed during case management and the information was easy to understand. 100% of Settlement Services clients rated the program as either very good or o excellent. 100% of Community Connections participants indicated, being a part of the o group activities made adjusting to life in Canada easier. 2.
