Settlement & Orientation Settlement Workers in Schools (SWIS) • Settlement & Integration Services (ISAP & NSP) • Community Connections Program • 97% of the Settlement Services clients reported, they received the information o they needed during case management and the information was easy to understand. 100% of Settlement Services clients rated the program as either very good or o excellent. 100% of Community Connections participants indicated, being a part of the o group activities made adjusting to life in Canada easier. 2. Employment Related Services The Mentoring Partnership (TMP) • Job Search Workshop (JSW) • Employment ON/ Durham Region Unemployed Help Centre (DRUHC) • AGELIC – JSW for youth at AWC • o 98% of Job Search Workshop (JSW) participants rated the program as either very good or excellent o 100% of participants would recommend the program to a family member or friend o 72% of JSW clients accessed employment support within 1 year of landing in Canada o 76% clients completing employment program found employment within 6 months 4.
