Season 2019/2020 – Presidents Message

A very disrupted season came to end 2 months ago. We had some great results at representative level this year which shows the club is moving in the right direction. We held our first Christmas colour run in which everyone enjoyed themselves, athletes, parents and even the Committee. Our return after Christmas was a mission, we only managed to run two nights plus our Championship Day. We had it all heat, rain, air quality and then this COVID-19. To top it off the State Carnival was

• cancelled. It was a very tough season for myself and the Committee.

Unfortunately we were unable to hold our annual presentation. Myself and a couple of

• ther Committee members have been working on a way to announce the age

champions and perpetual winners. We have come up with a small slide show which I hope you all like. Congratulations to all athletes, you should all be proud of yourselves, you might not have been Age Champion this season but there is always next year. Once the government allows it, we will arrange a day where you can come and collect your trophy. Lastly, thanks to my Committee for all your work this season, we give up a lot of time to try and make the club successful. If anyone would like to join the committee and have a say in how the club operates please get in contact with Kane.
