MISSION STATEMENT OF MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETICS
The goal of middle school athletics is to serve as a laboratory for lessons learned from the home and in the
- classroom. We promote:
Physical, mental and emotional health
The connections between the student athlete, and his/her school
Academic success
Sportsmanship and respect from our athletes, coaches, and spectators
Lifelong attitudes of dedication, hard work, team work, sportsmanship, respect for authority, and pride in self, team, school and community.
MISSION STATEMENT OF MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETICS
To achieve these goals we encourage our student to participate in our interscholastic programs and to commit themselves to upholding a code of conduct that supports fun, fair, and safe play for all.
We expect that all schools and coaches will supersede the goal of winning with the goal of participation and that all schools and coaches will work to ensure quality-playing time for all members of their team.
