About This Project

This transportation improvement project of the Texas Department of Transportation is funded with taxpayer dollars to improve safety and mobility and decrease congestion in Corpus Christi, the 8th largest city in Texas. Bay, Ltd. is the General Contractor, with Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services provided by AIA Engineers.
