Logic:
separated bike lanes in both directions to make it safer for cyclists using the road space Cons:
cant cost to move hydro poles
the bike lanes by vehicles - wider lanes encourage faster vehicle speeds

existing sidewalk to create a 4m-wide shared pedestrian and cycle path Logic:
preferred as there are Hydro poles and sub- surface utilities on the western side of the corridor that may be affected Cons:
with mixing cyclists with pedestrians on a slope
frontage for some residences
