Data Requests - Going Forward ● During a meeting: Submit through small group notes/worksheets ● Between meetings: Submit through weekly feedback form by EOD Sunday ● We are endeavoring to fulfill all requests within one week. However, some responses may take longer, and some requests may not be fulfilled if: ○ Data is unavailable ○ Data is not being used to support development/evaluation of scenarios with respect to the outcome goals October 22, 2020 - Slide 20

Sharing Feedback and Scenario Ideas - Going Forward ● We encourage collaboration between meetings ○ PPS does not collect or analyze input shared on Coalition email threads ○ Please make sure all members are included in each thread ○ Data requests/scenario suggestions that emerge in the email thread should be submitted through other channels for follow-up ● We are open to supporting other ways for members to collaborate between meetings October 22, 2020 - Slide 22
