 Submitted maintenance program shall contain a schedule to complete all repairs required by the County  Video/inspection cycle shall repeat every 20 years  Maintenance program shall be updated every 20 years  Two sewer overflows in a 6-month (previously 12-month) period trigger repair/replacement of the lateral and certification by a licensed plumber  Owners shall clean entire private sewer collection system once annually and maintain records (notify District prior to cleaning lines)  Pump stations shall be inspected annually  Owners shall obtain videos and Inspection reports from a licensed plumber for the entire system by January 1, 2022 (upload to BOX for County review)  Owners shall prepare a maintenance program to be submitted to the District by July 1, 2023
