The double entry vestibules WHY?

Safety and security continues to be of the highest priority for the district Our strategic plan calls for the district to: Promote a healthy and caring school environment for students and staff. Subgoal 2.9 in our strategic plan discusses updates to school security plans Feedback from law enforcement suggests that the vestibules are of high importance The vestibules has also been discussed within the parent forum as something the district should consider as an additional measure for safety

The double entry vestibules WHAT and WHERE?

Double entry vestibules will be placed at the following locations:

  • Three Bridges School main entrance
  • Whitehouse School main entrance
  • Readington Middle School main entrance
  • Board Office wing of Holland Brook School

...with security film on glass in various locations …and a “bank teller” style pass-through window Update to our card swipe/access control system in all 4 buildings
