SCHEDULE:
- High School Renovation Project:
- All structural framing complete.
- Exterior weather Barrier On going dependent on weather.
- Installation of Exterior wall panels to commence next week.
- Vapor barrier installed on roof. Roofing occurring when weather permits.
- Windows 85% installed.
- Mechanical and electrical rough in continuing.
- Drywall installed on 2/3rds of building.
- Staircases installed.
- Painting commenced this week.
- 2nd floor gypcrete floor installed on 2/3rds of building
- Opening of classroom wing – Has been moved to end of April (Parent Conference Week)
- Middle / Intermediate /Primary School:
- Project will be bid as one project.
- Project Bids February 25th, 2020
- Construction start date to be negotiated with Successful Contractor – Probably evenings after
spring break.
