BOND UPDATE:

SCHEDULE:

• High and Middle School Seismic Projects:
• Under Construction
• High School Renovation Project:
• Todd Construction Under Contract
• Mobilization to commence within next few days
• Working on Value Engineering ideas
• Primary and Intermediate School Projects:
• Bid May 7, 2019. Only received 1 proposal / Over Budget
• Recommended and Approved by Board to reject Bid and re-issue later in the year
• Middle School:
• SD Scope being Modified to proceed with an estimate.
• Documents to be ready early 2020 for Bid / Construction after spring break 2020
• Review if Project should be added to Primary and Intermediate School Project Bid Documents

HIGH SCHOOL:

• Contractor: Todd Construction – Under Contract.
• Ground Breaking Took Place May 8th, 2019
• Fencing / Mobilization – Week of May 13th.

HIGH SCHOOL GYM SEISMIC:

• All wall and ceiling demolition complete
• Sawcutting /removal of concrete slab and excavate for footings in progress
• Beam installation in process
• Masonry walls to commence after footings

MIDDLE SCHOOL GYM SEISMIC:

• All ceiling demolition complete / Process of removing ductwork
• Sawcutting of concrete slab and excavation of footing start later in week.
• Beam / strapping installation to commence shortly
• Concrete wall to commence after footing

MIDDLE SCHOOL PARKING LOT:

• ALL CONCRETE FLATWORK IN PROGRESS – Scheduled to be complete this week
• WORKING ON LIGHTING
• IRRIGATION AND PLANTING TO COMMENCE NEXT WEEK
• PAVING SCHEDULED FOR FIRST WEEK OF JUNE
