Furnish and install all materials, equipment, storage reservoirs, pumps, piping, controls, and incidentals. Water storage reservoir shall have a capacity of 5,400 cubic feet. Reservoir and equipment location to be located east of walk at terminus of water runnel.   12. Alternate #7 - $75,000 Single Picnic Table Structures Alternate: Furnish and install pre-fabricated shelter, footings, concrete pad, and all incidentals as indicated on Enlargement B/L-400. Total of 9 locations. Provide bid pricing on a per each basis. Provide deduct amount to per each price for acceptance of all 9 locations if applicable. Rendering Base Bid: Grade proposed picnic shelter locations as Plan View indicated on Sheet C-320, C-330, C-350, C-360. Areas shall receive seeded landscape per adjacent areas shown on L-160 series landscape drawings. Install soil per adjacent areas indicated on L-135.

Alternate #8 - $104,000 Additional Gabion Bench Walls Alternate: Furnish and install gabion bench terraced walls, additional grading to create terraced areas behind walls, and all incidentals. as Section indicated on Sheet L-112. Base Bid: No work in base bid, grade site as indicated on Sheet C-330. Plan View

  14. Alternate #9 - $37,000 Operable Wall at Activity Center Alternate: The alternate bid shall contain the cost for material and labor to install an operable partition in the location indicated. This shall include all components to complete the assembly as illustrated and specified in the contract documents. Refer to Sheet A-112 Activity Center Plan View Reflected Ceiling Plans and specifications 102239 Folding Panel Partitions and 064216 Wood-Veneer Paneling Base Bid: The steel beam and decorative wood wrap shall be installed as illustrated in the contract documents. All necessary concealed blocking and subframing for the support of the operable partition shall be provided; excluding fasteners, track and all other components of the operable partition system. Refer to Sheet A-112 Activity Center Reflected Ceiling Plans

  15. Alternate #10 - $202,000 Special Soil Prep at Native Seed Areas Alternate: Scrape off and dispose of top 3” of soil from all areas designated to receive native seed that are not being disturbed by grading activities. Spread 3” of compost over extent of area and incorporate to a depth of 6” by tilling. For all areas to receive native seed that are being disturbed by grading, do not install stockpiled topsoil, instead establish finish grade using subgrade material with 3” of compost tilled into the top 6”. Refer to Sheet L-615 for extent of area. Base Bid: Furnish and install soil per the contract documents. Plan View

Pathway to utilize telecommunications handholes already shown on site plan for pulling purposes and to include one additional handhole between the Comfort Station and telecommunications handhole near the C.R.E.C. sectionalizer. 3” RGS sleeves will be required where crossing creeks. 1” RGS conduit will be required where routing beneath roads and parking lots.
