Competition authorities of the CIS Countries pay care attention to the issues of training and re-training of staff as a key factor for effective execution of functions of antimonopoly regulation and competition policy. www.emc.fas.gov.ru
The Federal State Autonomous Institution “Training -and- Resourse Center of the Federal Antimonopoly Service” is functioning in accordance with the Regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Decision adopted by the the Council of the Heads of the Governments of CIS countries Location – Russian Federation, Kazan www.emc.fas.gov.ru
The basic organization is the first specialized educational institute in the field of competition policy on the territory of CIS countries. This is the first Russian antimonopoly Training Center. The similar Centers are located in Seoul (South Korea), Budapest (Hungry) and Mexico (Mexico) www.emc.fas.gov.ru

The FAS Russia uses the Training-and-Resourse Center as a place for conducting international events, conferences, workshops and study visits www.emc.fas.gov.ru
