Introducing Revolutionary New Cutting Head
➢ Cutting system with no knives or discs ➢ No metal abrasion with almost no wear ➢ Rejection of foreign objects such as cartilages, residual bones, sinews and rinds, plastics, and other foreign objects ➢ Depending on the hole size, an output of up to 100% can be achieved ➢ Product temperature increases maximum of 1-3ᵒC (1.8-5.4ᵒF)

➢ Enclosure is constructed of 304 stainless steel designed to be used in a wash down area on the production floor. ➢ Product output of 5 tons per hour ➢ Requires 3 phase 480v/125A power and 100psi air. ➢ IP67 HMI ➢ Tooling can be used for up to 100,000 tons and requires a grinding service after 20,000 tons ➢ Also available - S2000 model with a 2 ton/hour output
