WHAT WE DO The company specializes in high-precision smart machining We make metal, alloy and plastic parts and assemblies according to customer drawings — from single unit to serial production. We do not produce the final product — we perform products for manufacturers from different industries and countries, working on complex technological tasks. We are constantly applying, improving and re-applying our engineering and machining expertise.
COMPANY’S HISTORY Established in 1993 as a subsidiary of RECIF Technologies (France) , the full-cycle manufacturer of robotics for semiconductor industry o 1993 — incorporation (the original name is "SYROB") o 1998 — more than 600 employees in Belarus working for head company o 2006 — renaming to "RESIF Technologies Bel" o 2008 — crisis in world semiconductor industry; parent company’s strategy in Belarus changed from insourcing to outsourcing and staff reduction o 2011 — group of Belarusian private investors buy "RESIF Technologies Bel" o 2017 — the launch of new company’s development strategy

PRODUCTION CAPACITY Services of RESIF: o Engineering: development of production technologies, design of parts and components, control of outsourcing o Machining on 40 milling and turning CNC centers, and on other machines o Galvanic coatings o Heat treatment, grinding, vibro-abrasive finishing, assembly works o Calibration of measuring instruments, quality control on 3D measuring complexes and so on
