  4. This is a great side by side comparison of benefits…. This is a great slide that shows an example of what a typical employee would receive using The Transamerica product. The AmAm product has different benefits and numbers. This is just a sample.

  5. This slide explains what is required of the employee to qualify for their reimbursement.

  6. Show them that once you receive the completed employee census….you will be able to provide them a completed census quote specific for their company. This Sample Census will allow you to properly explain what fees are associated with this program. You must clearly explain these fees so there are no surprises after enrollment.

  7. This is a great slide that illustrates how payroll will look. As you can see, the gross payout will increase slightly however it will be absorbed by the fica tax savings. Many HR directors and owners think in a payroll mindset. This may help illustrate how it works. Remember the Employee Admin Fee is taken out of the Benefit Bank…it’s not in addition to.

  8. Things To Keep In Mind: Make sure you have the Census in fillable excel spreadsheet format on your phone so you can email it to the business owner or HR Director while you are in the office. It’s a good idea to confirm that they received it while you are there so you know it didn’t go to spam. Also, create a time line…. Ask the business owner or HR Director “when do they feel the census will be completed and emailed back to you?” Even though this seems like a lot of information…..Try to keep it SIMPLE! Leave behinds if needed: 1) Business Card 2) The Wellness Brochure (you get printed) 3) The Bottom Line document If there are any other decision makers and they weren’t present… It is imperative that you get a chance to present to that person. The person will have a difficult time re-explaining the entire program accurately to someone else. Once you receive the Census…Email it to wellness@yourinsurancegroup.net CC your manager on the email CC Mattw@yourinsurancegroup.net on the email. It should only take about 5 days to receive the completed census quote. If you do not receive it in that time frame, email wellness@yourinsurancegroup.net or reach out to your manager.

  9. If the employer asks to see a paystub…this is a good example. The employer should have a very clear understanding of how the program works after reviewing this. This is another version of a paystub that can be used as well. Notice how the take home pay at the bottom is the same.
