Our unique programs promote long-lasting lifestyle change that benefit employees in and outside of the workplace. Employees participate in group exercise and stretching; nutrition programs; therapeutic soft tissue treatments; biometric and body composition testing; and educational lunch and learns to improve their overall wellbeing and reduce their risk of chronic illness.
