Candidates are directed via a link to a client- branded social style landing page accessing the session with their mobile, tablet or laptop. Candidates can register in advance or join any live public event using a one-click social registration or with their email address.

EDITABLE LOBBY AREAS

Before the group session is opened by the moderators, candidates wait in a branded lobby which can be edited with video and other content on a per chat basis. After the session candidates are forwarded to an exit lobby which can be populated in the same way with relevant information, links to relevant roles etc.

COLLECTING DATA AFTER THE EVENT

Data is available after each session. It is possible to drill down to see candidate email addresses, device type, message total, tags (for 121 chat) and sentiment score. Across the chat participants you can review Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and anonymised feedback. A word cloud is generated for each chat and all of this data is available via CSV files as well as bespoke reports which are available on a per client basis.
