What is our role?

  • Responsible for ISO BA media relations, web content

and design and external messaging, including market notices and Daily Briefing.

  • Internal staff briefings and intranet news articles, and on-

call crisis coordination.

  • RC West communications support is folded into the ISO

BA CommPR department.

  • For media queries concerning RC West operations or

governance, the ISO will be the lead communicator.

  • For media queries concerning individual entities, the ISO

defers to the entities’ communication protocols.

  • Ideally, the communications offices will operate in

parallel yet tandem tracks.
