CCF – Just under 5,000 units of affordable housing in four states: California, Arizona, Texas and New Mexico. Cesar Chavez legacy in a grass roots organization based in Keene, California, with offices in Los Angeles and Phoenix and three new developments under construction: two in Los Angeles (including one for homeless veterans) and one in Fresno. Five New projects slated for construction in 2019, including 2 in California, 1 each in Austin and San Antonio, TX, and 1 Phoenix, AZ. NEW – San Pedro community partners for last 10 years - Two affordable housing developments across the street from Rancho San Pedro. Over 1,300 units of affordable housing with on-site family support services – recreation centers, job and business training, financial literacy and homeownership workshop and counseling. Excellent record of developing charter schools, health centers, and child care/ early education centers for residents. Whole family approach.

Affordable Apartments - Full replacement of the 479 public housing units, complemented by 387 additional affordable units for families, seniors, and supportive housing populations
Fresh Food Market and Retail space - Market study to determine best fit. We have programmed 18,000 sq. ft. for the market plus 101,300 sq. ft. for commercial space along the Downtown San Pedro corridor

Stand-alone 57,000 sq. ft. community center offering social services as determined by focus groups with adults, children and youth. Indoor recreation space will include an open area for stage with Amphitheatre
