  48. • Public Use – Private Use • Lot “H”, Lot “I”, Lot “J” are private property • The City has been paying the cost to maintain RDO’s private property • It is not the City’s responsibility to maintain private property • The Vote • This vote is for RDO to establish a LLMD, like all other Tracks in DHS • This vote impacts all owners in RDO • If the vote is passes ‐ property owners will pay into a LLMD fund to cover the cost of maintenance and improvements within the LLMD • If the vote does not pass ‐ the City will only maintain Public Use Lots using the most financially responsible choices and stop maintaining private property • The Cost • Cost for the LLMD is $ 331 annually, per dwelling in RDO through the tax assessment • The money collected is exclusive to RDO’s LLMD and used for that purpose
