PROCEDURE
Being the water totally chlorides free , the loss
- f choline chloride can be evaluated by
checking th chloride concentration in the dissolution water.
- Exactly weight 1 gram of Sta – Chol 50%
and 2 grams of Encapsulated choline 25%.
- Immerse the products in the respective
glass and stir for 5 minutes at room temperature.
- Immerse 1 QUANTAB strip for chlorides in
each glass and wait until the horizontal top line turns from orange to black (about 3 minutes)
