Tour Guides/Storytellers take guests on tours
buildings, weaving history and lore with tales of ghosts, goblins and the undead! This fun event stalks downtown on Friday and Saturday before Halloween
PRODUCED BY the CALIFORNIA RIVERSIDE BALLET, this unique event is supported with the talents of Riverside’s arts community. THE AUTHORS, who have created spooky stories that incorporate a spin on our historical heritage: Dan Bernstein (Press Enterprise), Patrick Brien (Executive Director Riverside Arts Council), Alan Curl (former President of the Historical Society), and others of Riverside fame. THE STORYTELLERS, who enact the stories multiple times throughout the evenings to our traveling guests: Ann DeWolfe, John Collins, Mark Takano, Kathryn Gage, and others of Riverside fame. THE DANCERS, dressed as gargoyles and zombies, perform classic Thriller music. This year’s signature performance will be choreographed by Brandon J (dance instructor at UCR) THE LOGISTICAL TEAMS: tour guides, ushers, crossing guards, production crews, and so on. THE FESTIVAL ENTERTAINMENT: local bands, dancers, storytellers, vendors, and more.
