Our impact could be seen clearly in iOS App Store reviews

Essential is not an overstatement

We just came through Hurricane Irma in central FL. Nextdoor has been an invaluable source of shared community information and resources before, during, and now after the storm. Besides neighbors helping neighbors, agencies are communicating their progress in restoring services.

One of my favorite apps

I am so happy to be a part of the Nextdoor

  • network. Just recently a new family

relocated here to an unfurnished rent house. They had lost everything in Hurricane Harvey and were sleeping on the floor. Within a day or two their house was completely furnished and kitchen supplied by neighbors who care. It's so wonderful.

Excellent

This is a great app. We just got past Hurricane Harvey and Nextdoor allowed neighbors to update each other on flood conditions around our area during the several days stuck at home. I got updates

  • n when grocery stores were open, when

water and bread were back in stock, which roads were impassable, and the list goes on. After the disaster, people posted updates on where there was shelter, food, cleaning supplies, etc available, where volunteers were needed.... 21

Helping in Crisis

Very nice app for so many reasons keeping us in touch with our neighborhood even during times of crisis like Hurricane Irma.

  • Texas and Florida are two of our largest

markets in terms of membership and agency usage.

  • These hurricanes were a tragedy. It showed
  • ur potential as a lifeline for neighbors and

unique communications vehicle for agencies.

  • We are considering how to further support

neighbors and agencies in times of natural disaster

22

Harvey & Irma proved to be defining moments for our platform
