We are partnering with early childhood public service providers in Melbourne’s west to make services and supports easier to access and use for families and workers.
- A Referral Decision Aid was developed to clarify eligibility and
referrals.
- PCDD Alliance collectively monitoring and responding to systems
changes and challenges.
- Next steps: Develop regional discussion paper about identifying
& supporting vulnerable families to access & use services, based
