 The provider is flexible in terms of how key workers are chosen and will

change key workers if it felt necessary. It is often the case that a service user will choose their key worker as they develop better relationships with staff members who they are able to build a rapport with.

 There are no set rules or limits to the employment opportunities they will

provide support with, for example one service user wanted to be a taxi driver and they have managed to secure funding to obtain the licence fee and they have also done the same with individuals in the construction and security industry.

 The provider has also recently secured funding for 4 bikes to enable tenants

to attend appointments, job centre etc.
