Our Evolution

  • CMC was established in 1994 with registered

capital of THB 5 mm, to become a residential property developer.

  • Start developed first project, low-rise

condominium, “Baan Praya Pirom”

  • CMC group had restructured in which CMC

acquired 100% shares of PPP, SMP and TSN from the existing shareholders. This restructuring allowed CMC to become the property developer with in-house construction department.

Start-up

  • Expanded business into horizontal project,

SDH and TH, under “The rich” and “Kasa Eureka” brand

  • Launched a new low-rise condominium brand
