Court accepts the primary or concurrent goal of permanent guardianship. Within 30 days of a goal change to permanent guardianship or addition of a concurrent goal of permanent guardianship, a presumptive eligibility must be completed on the child in licensed care with a relative or fictive kin. Child Welfare Professional initiates the GAP eligibility process in FSFN.
