Schuette then served as Director of the Michigan Department of Agriculture, later in Michigan’s State Senate, and in 2003 he was elected judge on the Michigan Fourth District Court of Appeals before being elected Attorney General in 2010. macdc.us

Calley was chosen by Governor Rick Snyder to be Michigan’s 63 rd Lieutenant Governor; the youngest Lieutenant Governor in the nation at the time.
