  • Traditional “PAD” (Section 2.176) fits

“Traditional” residentially driven projects.

  • Attesa is “Employment” driven and, due to

both its size (2,500 acres) and industry focus (automotive technology), flexibility is required.

  • Working with County Staff, determined a new,

customizable zoning district was necessary.
