  9. 100 Avenue Road • What's ‘changed? • The London Underground (LUL) Interface – We have been informed by LUL that the crane which constructs the tower building is not aloud to pass over the London Underground A41 Avenue road entrance after review with the London Underground Limited (LUL). • The original Construction Management Plan is based on the crane lifting larger materials from the Pit lane over around the LUL entrance but the mast would pass over the asset. • This impacts the crane lifting plan as one of the cranes cannot use the A41 pit lane which in turn impacts overall Programme and methods of construction. 10. 100 Avenue Road • What's ‘changed? Classification - Public

  11. 100 Avenue Road • What’s ‘changed? – • Residents concerns regarding traffic to residential streets • Winchester road/ Eton Avenue are both residential areas. • Eton Avenue Market area has stall holders from Tuesday to Saturday with Construction traffic requiring to be walked through it stopping pedestrians as vehicle movements take place Classification - Public

  12. 100 Avenue Road • • The Impact • Larger materials will need to be lifted from the pit lane and “double handled” moved twice with both cranes which will increase construction time. • Vehicles will turn left from the second lane around the pit lane and in through the gate which is likely to slow the A41/ Avenue Road traffic. • Construction of the lower block will have to be delayed, putting 11 months on the programme. Completion September 2023 Classification - Public

  13. 100 Avenue Road • The Impact 11 months longer than current programme Classification - Public

  14. 100 Avenue Road • Proposed/ Revised Construction Management Plan – Logistics Plan • Introduce a new entrance into site taking away the constant • use of the Winchester/ Eton Avenue/ farmers market route. • Requirement for articulated vehicles onto the site • and not just into the pit lane. • Create a vehicle route that removes the need for reversing • Vehicles reducing environmental impacts • Creates a route that is not Detrimental to other traffic by not • stopping to turn left on to the site. The traffic signals remain the • Same. • Creating a route that segregates and reduces the pedestrian • interface by not going by the Hampstead theatre, The UCL • Academy, Leisure Centre, Royal Central School of Speech and • Drama and the Farmers market. Classification - Public

  15. 100 Avenue Road • Proposed/ Revised Construction Management Plan – • Delivery Management System • Implement an online Delivery Management System to book, track and manage site • deliveries. • Allowing the ability to pre-book deliveries from an available time slot • and gate. • This prevent potential miscommunication, double booking of gates and build-up • of site traffic. • The Delivery Management System will also produce a range of detailed reports • including CO2 reports, FORS/ CLOCS and delivery stats. 25. • The turning circle to the south eastern corner of the site • The revised plan requires Lorries to pass around the building which unfortunately clashes with the 3 cherry trees to the south of the project. • The option requires their removal during the construction period. • The trees would be replaced once construction complete with equivalent height trees, improved grassland, root protection and the benches replaced with new. • Replace the existing 2 dead trees on the opposite site of the colonnade with similar mature trees now • Classification - Public
