The CMP 350 is complet numerical machine with a high flexibility developped to work the strip asking a big tonnage effort to cut it and bend it. Requiring no change cam, since each slide, feeder, press ejector have their own servo motor, it allows you to change the cam profiles just by programming and then saving time on serial change-over and tooling costs. Moreover Pressmac has innovate with a new Software « OCP » which allow to optimize the cams. His direct connexion between the software and the PLC makes it an easy and efficient tool which allow to obtain gain could be up to 50%. HIS STRENGTHS:

• Time serial change-over less than 1 hour grace

to the adjuster slides carriage and NC cams.

• No spécific cam for each reference which

reduce tooling cost.

• A lot of configuration like radial or linear.

Automation:

All settings are made using a swivel and handy panel including a large format touch screen, all buttons and remote control security for the manual mode that allows easy among other band introductions. Axis Controller ELAU C600 (Schneider electric). 8 Inputs control are free and configurable with a lot of monitoring mode. 8 Output control are free and configurable with a lot of mode. Watching tonnage slides in static. Watching tonnage press in dynamic Software OCP which allow to optimize the cycle program to be the most efficient possible. Télémaintenance possible by VPN tunnel which could allow to modify or realise a quick diagnostic at distance (safety connexion).
